The Apartment Movers INC

Great service! We moved last weekend. They showed up on time, 3 men were available as we requested and they did a good job moving what we requested

Yall. I was getting quotes for moving and spoke to ms. Amy Brooks. I spoke to her again and let her know I received lower pricing elsewhere and would be going through another business. This woman BLEW UP MY PHONE for days (I'm talking one voicemail at a 4:33, one at 4:37, one at 4:39, one at 4:43) P...

Did a great job and they were extremely fast and efficient. 10/10 for sure.

I would totally use their moving service again. I was able to book my appointment easily with Amy. The movers were quick and so helpful.

Move went absolutely great. Movers were on time, efficient and extremely experienced. Can’t say enough great things. Great experience!!

This is my 2nd time using Apt Movers and I would use them again! Amy was great with communication and quoting a very good price. We had a big move from a 3 bedroom house into 2 separate apartments. Antonio and his crew were awesome! They carefully wrapped all big fragile items and disassembled and r...

The movers were quick but very attentive not to let anything drop, slam, or break. The move was completed within the time estimate, and we were very happy with it.

This is my third or fourth time using this moving Company to move. They did a great job each time. I don’t use anyone else for my moves. I would recommend them 100%! Amy will take care of you!

I’m very satisfied with the service of Apr Movers. They were on time, courteous, the follow up to assure things were going as planned was exceptional.

DON'T use this company, they contract out. We moved from Waco to FW, scheduled for Saturday but got a call that the truck had a flat. Not sure why it couldn't be changed and just delay the move that day. When we asked if we could do it Sunday was told yes at 6:30am by the person doing the move, b...

This is the second time we used them. Movers showed up on time promptly at 9 am. They got everything loaded from our 5 bedroom house within 2&1/2 hrs. We even finished 1&1/2 early. Respected both properties and would recommend always!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. A lot of my items were destroyed and items stolen. Two tv's a 75 inch and 35 inch destroyed. I was told I would receive professional service I received young adults to move my items who had no remorse to my broken and damaged items. The crew manager Mr. Soto was not concerne...

Previous review from 2015 was deleted. Damaged several items and floors. Terrible experience.

terrible worst experience i've ever had in my whole life. i called and complained. got scammed out of 800 dollars and had a contract which was of little respect for this company. see photo for the full story.

A waist of money. The crew was obviously worn out. I was overcharged for what was actually moved I pretty much had to move myself. What a waist of time and money. Amy was nice that is all

This was the worst moving experience in my life. They damaged several pieces of my furniture including placing a hole in my new mattress, cracked my TV stand and scratched up my bedroom dresser which was in excellent condition. I've had that dresser for years and now it's completely ruined with dee...

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They gave me an arrival window of 12pm-5pm. The lady told me it would probably be around 3pm. Then someone called me around 3pm saying it would be around 3:30pm. At 4pm, the actual mover called me and said 6pm. It is now 6:35pm and no one has called or is...

Bottom Line- worst move of my life (I've moved 4 times in the past year). The Apartment Movers did not show up on time, ALL of my furniture was damaged and it cost close to 2x the original quote. All around terrible experience. I also spoke with the CEO of the company after the move to try and get t...

THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!They wont refund my TV because their "contract" only states them to pay 60 cents a pound? The TV I have was BRAND NEW, never opened. It was a gift! Then they moved it for me and stacked boxes on top even after I pointed it out. I opened the box 2 days after I moved when Veri...
