I booked Step-By-Step Moving and Delivery yesterday for a local apartment move. I researched alot of different companies before I booked this company and they exceeded my expectations. The owner, Rusty answers the telephone himself and since he was so honest and upfront about best moving practices,...

Edgar and Victor made it work even on a Saturday. We had some issues with the building and the guys worked with us every step of the way to make it happen. Would recommend to anyone.

Amazing work! Very professional staff, very gentle with everything, well equipped, great attitude! Highly recommend it!

Step by Step moved us from the DFW area to Washington state and did a stellar job! They moved our possessions to storage while we looked for a new house and then the owner Rusty and a companion brought out items and unloaded it in Washington. How many companies have the owner on site for a move? Ama...

Rusty and his team were excellent. They moved a lot of very heavy furniture and they did it without any problems. No scuffed walls and no damage whatsoever. He and his team worked hard and efficient. They are professional and very courteous. We had a great experience and highly recommend them.

Love this moving company. Have used them for my past 3 moves. They are prompt, communicative, efficient, courteous, and careful.

Firstly, I never leave reviews. Only bad ones! This however, deserves a 10x solid review. Absolutely, without a doubt, the most impressive moving company I've ever hired. They came in on time, moved without breaks (which they should of taken), honest, and put everything together with ease. Rusty, th...

Very professional. Really polite. They were very good and did not waste any time at all. Even after doing another big move in the morning, they worked hard to get it completed as fast as they could.

I have nothing but huge praise for Step-by-Step!! They have been helping us move for two days (only thought it would be one, but we didn't realize how MUCH stuff we have!!), into the dark both nights!
