Royal Moving & Storage INC

Osman and Stas were an amazing help tonight. I do not know what I would have done if they hadn’t helped me move. I have no vehicle. I seriously appreciate them!! I would absolutely recommend them with any move!!

Osman and adam did an incredible job. They were fast, very careful with my furniture. Highly recommend them!

Muhammed, Fred, Hulk were amazing today, they helped me move from my 3rd floor apartment, to my girlfriends, and then to my storage unit, I highly recommend Royal Moving and storage, the customer service was awesome, and the energy was amazing all day!

Mohammad and Phillip were fantastic in the move they crushed the time and handled everything with such care. Going above and beyond helping me find things to build things and take things apart. Highly recommend!!

I will share the email sent just now - I have coordinated this move for weeks and provided a detailed spreadsheet, photos, etc. When the team showed up today, the price changed astronomically AND all of the information I provided and was told would be given to the moving crew WAS NOT provided to them...

Good service and kind team! They adjusted their policy to meet my needs of a 2 hour minimum. Great communication and professional service! I'd book them again. This is in comparison to another company that I had a horrible time with and cancelled.

Royal Moving Company was awesome! Seva and Mohammad were so efficient, helpful, and professional. They disassembled and reassembled our furniture, put it where we wanted it, and helped us the whole way through. I could not recommend them enough!

Osman and Stas did a very good job helping us pack. They were very efficient and careful with all of my items. They had packed everything in the truck in minimal space and stacked everything appropriately so nothing would break. Highly recommend!

Muhammad and Halil were great!! They had to move all our large items up three flights of stairs as there was no elevator but did it all in 3 hours and 30 minutes!! They were super nice and made sure to properly wrap all the items so they were fully protected. Would highly recommend them for anyone l...

Update on April, 7, 2026Last Saturday, I received messages from Nick at the customer service center. He first expressed his sincere apologies for the experience I had, and then he tried to better understand the situation in detail. After learning what had actually happened, he acknowledged that this...

When I spoke with this company over the phone to schedule the move and go over the details, the representative never mentioned any specific additional charges. However, when the movers arrived, they immediately started looking for items that might exceed 300 pounds. For example, they pointed at my re...

Before I begin, I must convey the fact that every single shipping company, whether transporting automobiles/motorcycles or your belongings is full of scummy, deceptive, and thieving individuals. I thought I had a good company after all the researching I did. But Royal is no different. I first spoke...

In response to my original review on Yelp, Royal Moving and Storage contacted me within about ten minutes. They were very apologetic and receptive, and offered to compensate us for the broken and damaged things in our home. Although their compensation won't cover the extent of the damages, their wil...

RUN. Do not walk, away from Royal moving and storage. We've moved several times, and this was BY FAR the worst moving experience we've ever had. We were moving from one house to another, only 5 blocks away. On the phone, I was promised that the furniture would be wrapped, floor covering put down, wa...

My movers were pretty good. They were fast and efficient. Took a star off since we had to change my original move date due to a shortage in movers, and arriving late. Otherwise, they were great.
