I recently used their services for a move. The move was good I was happy with how everything was progressing until one of the workers particularly the only woman who was helping to pack. I believe her name was Lety, was very unprofessional not only was she constantly on the phone slowing down the pa...

I will never move without Hart again! I have now moved with them twice, and they are trustworthy, friendly, and reliable. They quoted me for the estimated amount it would take for my move, and the guys were able to get everything loaded and moved faster than the estimate, so they charged me less tha...

Damaged a lot of my furniture. Took 90 days to get back to me. Didn't address any of my concerns. I would not give star at all if I could.

I repeatedly followed up via phone calls, texts and e-mails. The business owners gave me the run around for 6 solid months and neve...

Very disappointed in this company. After 18 years of storage, faithfully paying each month, I found my furniture to be trashed and exposed to rain as there was mold, furniture handled so poorly that no amount of fixing could have saved it and multiple boxes missing. Be very cautious as this is not...

They told me my belongings would be going into their storage facility for a day and I would not be char...
