Arrow Moving & Storage Of Texas LLC

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Professional & Stress-Free Move I had a great experience with the HHG movers during our military PCS move. They were professional, efficient, and handled our belongings with care. Moving is already stressful, especially preparing for an overseas assignment, but they made the packing...

Won't recommend because of the way the office handled my case. I only saw other reviews here today as I was writing this. I should have read and listened to Sarah H. review (Dec 10, 2023). But to be fair, the two men that did the work were great, hard working, caring, and professional.

Víctor and Darel were both awesome in helping us move our furniture. They both arrived and departed with smiles all around. They moved and reassembled the furniture quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

The packing company came to my house and within 4 hours had my entire 4 bedroom house boxed up and organized nicely. The best moving experience I’ve had in my 10 years of the military. The 3 gentlemen who completed the task were very friendly and knew what they were doing! Don’t hesitate to use thes...

Arrow did a great job in moving us from one state to another, with all our belongings arriving safe and sound. Our initial contact with Trey assured me this was the company we should use. Our driver Matthew was the absolute best and he brought a great crew with him. We are very happy with our experi...

Phil, Q, and Corey packed us out today and we're amazingly professional. The effort they put into taking care of our house and our belongings was top rate. Thankyou for amazing service!!!

We are VERY satisfied customers. Each team member was a professional who understood how difficult the moving process was and did all they could to help us. Each person was amazing; from our initial call, where we spoke with a real human being, Barb, to having Trey come to our house to inventory ou...

Our mover.Matt, his unloading crew, and Lorie and Isabel, the unpackers, were fantastic! Zack packed us in Cheyenne, Wy and unloaded us in New Braunfels, TX without any problems and all on schedule. Isebell and Lorie were fast and efficient. Thank you!

The two gentlemen that came to deliver our household goods were so polite, patient and transparent! Bobby and Angel, Thank you for delivering our items in a timely manner and for maintaining great customer service throughout the entire ordeal! 5 Star Service!

PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, SKIP BEING SCREWED OVER, AND FIND ANOTHER MOVING COMPANY (THIS MESSAGE IS ESPECIALLY PERTINENT FOR SINGLE WOMEN, AS THIS COMPANY APPEARS TO PREY ON THEM)!I am beyond perplexed as to how this lousy organization has such exceptional Google reviews. I would hate to think tha...

We’re so glad we chose Arrow Moving for our move. Very effective communication from the team since day 1 we started the process. They were able to accommodate us when we encountered an unexpected situation with the move as well. The movers are professional - everything was picked up and delivered sa...

This company is managed well from the top down. You do not have to worry about tip as their price is what it is. Their packers are professionally trained and I love that the use wardrobe boxes for every item that is hanging. They were extremely efficient and fast. They worked through lunch and t...

Very unprofessional team, management, and worst, owner. They overwork their staff to the point that their lack of desire to work there carry's over to bad service, but also the workers say that the owner has a mistress. I don't know about you, but with that type of drama, I don't trust any company t...

Glenda was fantastic efficient friendly fast and very kind. We were so thankful that we had her she was awesome. I would highly recommend. Glenda made this experience so enjoyable. Highly effective and a great representative for Arrow moving and storage

Lavictor, Natasha, District and Art were great! They moved all of my stuff quick and carefully. They also unpacked all of my boxes and put together tables and beds for me. We are military and have had bad experience with movers but Arrow moving and Storage were wonderful!#ArrowMovedMe

This company is a broker/agent for Mayflower, they pretended they were Mayflower when I talked to them on the phone, they lie and manipulate their words to make themselves sound like a long distance moving company. Absolutely awful experience, the price changed, the sales rep lied, everything detail...

Where do I even start? We hired Arrow for packing and for moving and it was by far the smartest decision we could've made! The packers and movers were all so professional! I never saw them procrastinating or playing on their phones. They were beyond accommodating in every way!! Both days they were h...

It was an absolute pleasure working with Arrow. They really take the 'moving' title very seriously. There's never a moment where they're still. They're always ready to work and do it quickly and efficiently. I look forward to the day I get to work with Arrow again.

HORRIBLE! I was forced to use these people because of a military move. 2 kids showed up at my door and was not even close to being prepared to move my stuff. They didn't even have a mattress protector for my bed. Of course I have a bed! How do you forget that? I finally got my stuff back and 50% w...

I contacted Kevin Augostini to help my Dad move items from storage to his new home. Kevin followed up with my Dad very quickly and treated him with extreme kindness. The gentlemen that helped my Dad move were extremely professional. I have known Kevin for several years and would not hesitate to use...

I referred one of my clients to Kevin Augostini to help him move. It was fairly short notice, but Kevin responded immediately and gave my client a quote and then the move occured without any problems. It went so smoothly. I will continue to refer all my clients that need moves to Kevin Augostini!
