I have used AB moving for every move and always recommended them to my friends/family- out of all the times I’ve moved- Crew Segoviano - Miguel, Carlos & Jorge were by far the best!! I had a 6 hour move today that was anything but an easy job- we had a tall narrow 2 sets of stair townhouse, heavy wo...

Christian, Mauricio and Raul were amazing! They were effective, efficient and diligent workers. They put my bed together, hooked up the W/D and all with care and precision. They wouldn’t let me lift a finger. They also didn’t scratch or scuff any walls and handled my things with care. I really had a...

My crew started a bit late but I was able to reach everyone via phone and they were professional! Luis' team helped me pack up and move safely without any damages to my things. They were kind and fast! I appreciate the help moving and expedient service. I was able to save a few dollars because the t...

I could not be more pleased with AB Moving. They had an easy process for scheduling and confirming on 2 days notice. Miguel and his crew were a pleasure to deal with. Polite, great communication, thorough, and careful.

We haven’t moved in 23 years and had never hired a professional moving company. AB came recommended from a friend and now I want to pass on this great recommendation! Very careful with our belongings, very careful to not scratch walls or flooring in the new house as they unloaded, they worked non st...

Can’t say enough good things about AB Moving. The office staff was really patient when answering all of my questions. She was also transparent about the cost. The movers were SUPER efficient and organized. They were easy to work with and asked where things go, how to position furniture, etc. They al...

AB Moving Company did an outstanding job with my move. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly attentive. They arrived on time, handled every item with care, and went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress‑free. Their communication was exce...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Consistent, professional, and great communication! After a great first experience ( almost 8 years ago) , we hired AB Moving for a second time—and they did not disappoint! The sales and scheduling team made booking incredibly easy and maintained excellent communication leading up to the m...

I just used AB Movers for the second time and will continue to give them my business when I need moving services. Before the move, they provide you with up front pricing, don't require a deposit, and they are so kind and accommodating if you're like me and need to reschedule half a dozen times. The...

Terrible experience. Do not use. They packed up dirty sheets and my stuff has mold. They charged me for paper to wrap things like my dog's rubber balls but didn't wrap actual valuables. I was recovering from hip surgery and had limited oversight. I was overcharged and taken advantage of.

UPDATE ON AB Moving PLANO: AB MOVING SAID THEY WERE NOT GOING TO APPROVE MY CLAIM FOR MY STOLEN ITEMS: Hi Andrea, We have completed review process of your claim and have determined that we are not liable for damages of items coming in or out of storage, pod/shell or rental truck. The only positive thing about them is that they arrived right on time and had a huge truck! Very disappointing. They were rough with my things even the ones that had fragile on it, They couldn't get my couch out, and they damaged the wall trying to maneuver out. he insisted that I needed a three man...

I've used AB moving several times over the past 6-7 years or so. They were recommended to me through a friend. This is my 4th move with them and I am beyond disappointed. I spent over $600 on a move for a one bedroom and some kitchen items. Nothing else. The damaged my furniture, they didn't wrap ev...

Worst experience ever with a moving company customer service. I scheduled this move a month in advance because I wanted a early appointment due to the hot July weather and to miss traffic, also sent them an email list of all my furniture minus some boxes. My allotted time was 8am - 10 am they arrive...

The men did not inventory the furniture, therefore furniture was left on the truck. When checking the truck, there was furniture which did not belong to me and I was not able to see behind it. They did not wrap the furniture in plastic, only using blankets, therefore two antique pieces were damaged....

You get what you pay for! I've now used AB twice for my moves and will never use another moving company outside of AB (hopefully the next time I'm within their area, not that I plan on moving anytime soon). Are they the cheapest company in town? Probably not, but what they are is efficient, professi...
