I had a very disappointing experience with Superheroes in the Truck and would not recommend their services. On June 18, I purchased a Groupon for services advertised by this company. After completing the purchase, I contacted the business to schedule my service. I was informed by both the owner and a...

Anyone that has a negative review , they show how rude they are . Don't book with these people because somehow they always seem to turn the negative experience into the customer fault . Once we told them we will be coming up there with the police they try to say we were the one hostile . The BBB doe...

This is one of the most unprofessional moving companies that I have ever been with. Upon me finding their ad on Groupon I called in to check in with the movers to see if they would have any form of opening on the day that I needed it before I booked the group on.. When I called, the gentleman CHAD s...

Negative stars! Horrible company! Poor time management-late to start the job and didn't maintain time frame. Poor customer service-very demanding for money, blame customer for their wrong doing, lie on customer, intimation used, excessive use of cell phone usage during package time, smoke breaks dur...

We just called to get some information about the company, but unfortunately, the lady we spoke to was extremely rude, so we ended the call. This was our first time reaching out to inquire about services. My husband initially spoke, then passed the phone to me so I could explain a bit more clearly. I...

They did not want to answer any of my questions and they said that they are referring me to somebody else. was not able to give a time or date... they don't wrap anything. I...

If I could give this company 0 stars I WOULD!! My family and I schedule movers today from 12pm-4pm. We wanted to help out the community and go with 2 superheroes & a truck just for them to disrespect my family. A random associate who did NOT announce his name called my stepdad's phone asking where m...

I had a friend search for a moving company for me and selected 2 Superheroes & A Truck to move me just a couple of miles from my current home of 12 years. First thing I must confess is that I didn't look at the reviews for the company because I didn't know their name or anything about them until the...
